The YMCA of Southwestern Indiana’s Play-A-Round for the Y is an effort to make the hopes and dreams of children in our community come true. Through the proceeds from this event the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana Community Outreach Branch is able to impact the lives of children through programs that help them grow in spirit, mind, and body. We hope that you will join us in this effort by participating as a player or hole sponsor.
In your local community, the YMCA Community Outreach Branch impacts over 1,500 youth through 39 different programs in 29 schools. It is only through your support of our organization that we are able to maintain this level of service. The YMCA is a 501(c)3 organization and is eligible to receive tax deductible contributions.
Time: Shotgun start at 11:30 am
Place: Cambridge Golf Club
Each golfer will receive goodie bag and commemorative gift. The event is limited to the first 30 foursomes.
Format: 18 hole, four person scramble
Men will tee off from the white tees and women from the red. Awards will be given based on order of finish.
Food and Drink: Lunch served 10:30 – 11:15 am
Additional refreshments and the awards ceremony will begin immediately following the round. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided for golfers all day.
