This class builds confidence and self-reliance while developing listening skills, coordination, strength, and flexibility in a fun setting. This is a basic, entry-level class. Students will learn forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and entry-level skills on bars, beam, and vault.

Ninjanastics mixes gymnastics, parkour and the thrill of obstacle courses into a fun program combining tumbling, climbing, and even some flips to increase body awareness, coordination, agility and motor skill levels. After training all session, Ninjas will have their final obstacle course to complete and beat their best time. Every session has a different obstacle course challenge with new goals to reach.

PE teaches students how their bodies move and how to perform a variety of physical activities. Students learn the health-related benefits of regular physical activity and the skills to adopt a physically active, healthy lifestyle. This class will provide cognitive content and instruction designed to develop motor skills, knowledge, and behaviors for physical activity and physical fitness. PE classes will involve team games and group activities, providing an excellent platform for students to develop crucial communication skills, cooperation, and teamwork by working together to achieve common goals

In this class, students will take on learning the skills and rules of a new sport each month such as basketball, volleyball, pickleball and soccer. Each class will be broken down into a skills portion and a game like portion.
