Running Club

Participants will work on running and stride techniques, training strategies and efficiency. Club may meet at different locations during session for varied course work. Additional information will be made available at the start of the session.

Personal Sports Training

Want to increase your running performance level?  No matter the sport, our track/running personal training program is equipped with knowledgeable, skilled and seasoned trainers to take you to that next level of performance.  Sessions are available for one-on-one, small group or team settings.

Our sessions are led by seasoned runner, Coach Tim Roman.  Coach Tim is our Track/Running Club Coordinator who has participated in 1 50K, 6 marathons (Boston Marathon twice), 16 half marathons and has won 10 5K races.

*(YM) means YMCA Facility Member, which have full use of the Ascension St Vincent YMCA and Dunigan YMCA.
(NM) means Non-Member, which are enrolled in an individual YMCA program without being a YMCA Facility Member.
