RENTAL ORDER CHANGES - If the buyer wishes to make changes to the rental date and time, Dunigan YMCA Rentals will work to the best of their ability to accommodate such changes providing the newly preferred date and time are available. Dunigan YMCA Rentals can not guarantee a new rental date and time will be available. If the rental order date and time are changed less than one week in advance of the newly preferred date and time, and/or the new date and time is scheduled to commence with less than a week, a Late Fee of $25 will incur at the expense of the buyer. CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS - Cancelled rentals will be refunded in full if the rental is cancelled two weeks prior to the event. If the rental is cancelled with less than two-weeks notice, the 25% deposit will be retained and the remaining balance will be refunded to the buyer. If the rental is cancelled two business days or less from the rental date, the entire balance, including the 25% deposit, will be retained with a 0% refund. WAIVERS OR CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE - Waivers will be required for all parties. The waiver will be signed by all adults for each adult and youth participating in the rental. This will be signed day of party. Businesses and large group rentals will need to provide proof of insurance. Name the YMCA of southwestern Indiana as an additional insured under their general liability insurance. The YMCA must be listed as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance. RENTAL AGREEMENTS - Rental Agreements will be utilized for each event taking place in our facilities. The agreement will outline the requirements and rules for both the participant and the YMCA to uphold. These will need to be signed and balance will need to be paid at least ONE WEEK in advance.
