Summer Day Camp Cancellation

We hate to see you go, but we understand that summer plans can change. Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. To adequately serve as many families as possible, we’ve updated our Cancellation policy. To cancel a registered week, you must complete the form below. Any and all cancellations for the summer must be submitted by April 7th*.

*There is a 7-day grace period if you register for camp after the April 7th date.

Cancellations for any one or all weeks of care must be submitted by April 7th.  Any cancellations submitted after the April 8th deadline will not be accepted and the parent/guardian will still be responsible for payment of any weeks cancelled.
