For personal guidance, our certified trainers in Personal Training help you achieve your fitness goals. Our Cooking & Nutrition classes provide practical tips for creating balanced meals.
Specialized programs like LiveSTRONG at the YMCA support cancer survivors in regaining strength and confidence. Parkinson’s Support Programs, including Rock Steady Boxing and Pedaling for Parkinson’s, improve physical abilities and quality of life.

We have more than 100 group exercise classes available FREE for members every week. Whether you’re looking for water or land-based classes or varying intensity levels, we have a class full of supporters and instructors that are ready to motivate and encourage you on your wellness journey.
A certified Personal Trainer performs baseline measurements from which your progress can be tracked. Fitness Assessments include body weight, height, blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular fitness, and range of motion. We establish a plan to move you forward toward improved health, fitness, and performance goals.
Meeting one-on-one with our Registered Dietitian will help hold you accountable and provide you with face to face encouragement and support you need. Sessions will include an assessment of current nutrition status, education and counseling for a healthier lifestyle.
All YMCA members, age 10-13, must complete this orientation class to use the Y wellness centers. This orientation will provide information such as proper use of equipment, safety, and how exercise affects the body. The participant will also learn how to set up a fitness program and use the cardiovascular and weight training equipment with proper technique.
