With so many demands on today’s families, parents need all the help they can get. The Y is the region’s largest nonprofit child care provider and we help thousands of children every day reach their fullest potential in a welcoming, supportive environment. By incorporating the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility into all of our youth services programming, we give children the solid foundation they need to thrive—not only in school, but beyond. Our School Age Child Care Programs ensure that your child’s time is spent creatively and constructively.

YMCA Staff
The YMCA Camp staff is a carefully selected and trained group of young men and women. Some are returning from last summer; some are new to our YMCA. All staff have been chosen for their experience, special talents, sensitivity, and creativity. Criminal history background checks have been conducted and filed on all employees. All staff receive training in camp programs, age appropriate activities, discipline, and emergency procedures. Our staff is also certified in CPR and First Aid.
Make a difference in the life of a child this summer!
When summer is over, all the field trips have been taken, and all the games have been played, all the swim lessons taught…what a child remembers most is our staff. We are proud that we only hire the best! Our staff help create memories that last a lifetime. Most importantly, they help children develop in a safe and positive environment. If that describes YOU, consider being part of our team!
