Our water fitness classes, taught by certified water fitness instructors, have everything that you’re looking for! Flexibility, range of motion, muscle conditioning, improved cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone by using the buoyancy and resistance of the water. This is a great way to workout with no impact or harmful effects on joints/muscles and stay cool. Ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included. All water fitness classes are FREE to YMCA members.

Nope, you can just show up and join us for waves of fun! Our Hydroriders classes do require reservations though due to capacity, just like our lap lanes. Reservations for Hydrorider classes start 3 days before the start time of class up until the class begins. Click to download our mobile app to make a reservation.
Lap lanes or walking lanes can be reserved in one-hour intervals during designated times on the pool schedule. Walk-ins are welcome, however reservations will take priority. Dunigan Lap Swim times are designated for lap swimmers. Water walkers are welcome if they are time-lap swimmers or water walkers.
We accept reservations 72 hours in advance on our website or via our mobile app. If you don’t have the app yet, click to download on your mobile device.
