We’d be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes you need to make a change. If you wish to cancel your membership, a membership may be canceled by coming into the YMCA and filling out a cancellation form. Cancellations turned in on or after the first of that month will result in membership dues being deducted for that month.
Members may also submit a request to cancel online. Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days (Monday – Friday) of submitting the request. For requests submitted within 5 days before the end of the month, please visit the Membership desk to complete a cancellation form.
Members are responsible for reviewing bank statements to verify their draft cancellation and notifying us within 60 days if draft has failed to terminate. No refunds will be given beyond 60 days.
