YMCA Sports provides year-round basketball camps, clinics, leagues, special events and training designed to assist players with the advancement of their individual skill level. Each basketball program is structured and lead by experienced basketball staff that are dedicated to each child’s skill development. Basketball program levels are available for players in the beginner to advanced skill levels and program structure is designed to nurture skill development, basketball IQ, teamwork and sportsmanship.
Lil Ballers (Age 3) Lil Ballers is a fun and energetic introduction to basketball designed just for 3-year-olds! This class focuses on teaching basic skills, simple rules, and the fundamentals of the game in an age-appropriate, playful way. Participants will dribble, pass, and shoot through engaging activities that build confidence and coordination. Along the way, our young athletes will learn teamwork, make new friends, and enjoy a positive first experience on the court. Lil Ballers is all about learning, growing, and having fun! Practices on Thursdays 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM Games on Saturdays 9:00 am to 9:45 am
Our Youth Basketball League is designed to help young athletes work on the fundamentals of the game and grow their love of basketball! Each practice will focus on key basketball skills, including dribbling, shooting, passing, and game-time strategies, in a fun and supportive environment. Sportsmanship, skill progression and teamwork are all emphasized while ensuring that all players get equal playing time during games. Players will participate in 7 games, a weekly one-hour coach-led practice session, and receive a t-shirt and awards. Practice is on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM Games are on Saturdays, starting at 12:00 AM.

Practice is on Tuesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM Games are on Saturdays, starting at 8:00 AM.
