Fit4All Is January 7th

It’s a fitness free-for-all that’s open to the public. Kick off a new you in the new year at the Dunigan Family YMCA. Registration opens at 7:30 am. We’ll have demo/sample classes for all ages, abilities, and interests so join us in the new year and find your fit.
