Join us for the YMCA Knock Out 5K along the Riverfront.

Participants can walk or run the event on Saturday June 22nd. We will start at 7am from Riverside and Walnut and the race will finish in the same
location.

Packet Pickup will be on Friday, June 21st at the Ascension St Vincent YMCA from 3-6pm. Information will be sent out the Monday before the race.
