What to expect:
You’ll journey through your guided meditation, supported in our Aerial Hammocks (Ascension St Vincent YMCA location) or supported by a yoga bolster (Dunigan Family YMCA location). In our dimly lit room, your Instructor will help you connect to your breath,

What to expect:
Learn the basics of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, or Cumbias & Reggaeton with Evansville Latin Dance founder, Mike San Angelo.
Dance partners are not needed. All levels are welcome! Comfortable clothing and shoes with a smooth sole are recommended.

We recently held our annual Play a Round for the Y Golf Scramble at Cambridge Golf Club, an event that raises money for our YMCA Community Outreach programs that serve over 1,500 youth through 39 programs in 29 schools each year. This year, 25 teams played a round and had good fun for a great cause!
